How to install .adg files:
Unzip and move .adg file to
MAC: Macintosh HD/Users/[username]/Music/Ableton/User Library/Presets/Audio Effects/Audio Effect Rack/
WINDOWS: \Users\[username]\Documents\Ableton\User Library\Presets\AudioEffects\Audio Effect Rack\

If your file associations are set up correctly you should also be able to double click the .adg file and open in Ableton. You can also drag and drop the .adg file into an open Ableton session. Once the preset has opened then you can press the save icon to save it into your User Library
